About Us

Sarah Koder is a licensed CPA that lives in Aurora, CO with her family. After spending over ​twenty years in various roles in Corporate America, she started Cornerstone Accounting ​Solutions to help small businesses grow and expand.

She is passionate about helping small business owners solidify their accounting foundation so ​they can focus on where their time and energy really counts - with their families and running ​their companies. She also enjoys consulting for Corporations on best practices, process ​improvements, and general operational accounting.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, rescued dogs (Da​isy and Zorro), and a rescued bunny rabbit (Chopper). They love taking advantage of the C​olorado outdoors going camping, fishing, and more! They also appreciate movie nights, game ​nights, and other "forced family fun​" time.
